See all team members
Within MS Teams, is there a way of showing all contact, i.e. all team members within teams application. This could be shown with the team member image and name.

Yes, when we click on a Team, instead of opening the General channel, it could open the Team Members View where all team members are displayed, along with their availability status and their status messsage.

While on a Microsoft Teams Meeting is there a way to have all 7 team mates visible at the same time. Not go away when they are not talking. The video of the team mates move around also during the chat and gets a little confusing when we are going in order to discuss projects.

If you click on Chat you should see a Contacts tab at the top. At the bottom you should see Create a new contact group. If you create a new Contact Group and add your team members then you can have private conversations with your team members. If you click the Channel or the Teams icon and then click on your team you will be chatting with everyone on your team. You can also right-click on your Team and select Manage Team to see all your team members.

Most applications like Jabber allow you to create a team, add team members to the team, click on the team, and show the team members.
This is very standard so please allow people to click on their Team/Channel and see the team members that were added to their team

We are migrating from Slack and the biggest thing I like in slack is I can see all of my employees on the left and see if they are "at work" or away. We have a virtual office so this is a must have in my book.
