Add word to dictionary
We need a simple option to add a word to the dictionary.
Why would you have spell check without being able to add to the dictionary.

This should be Simplesness enough
1. Use Office Common Dictionary
2. Add same functionality that has been on other MS applications for 25 years

Seems to be no rhyme or reason what words are considered legit in the current (apparently closed-source) dictionary.
If adding something to the dictionary is a no-go, at least let us ignore the spelling "error". Nothing like the CEO of a big money startup being constantly informed that his company name is spelled wrong in every. single. message.

I agree with the previous posts, that MS Teams should use the same dictionary that all the other O365 apps use.
And make it editable, too.

For anything healthcare-related, this is a must-have. Not a nice-to-have.

Best option would be if TEAMS (and YAMMER) used the same Dictionary that I use for WORD, EXCEL, and other OFFICE solutions.
