need to be able to copy paste pictures
Copy and pasting pictures is marked as completed, because you can copy and paste into the clipboard and then copy and paste into the messaging. That is a giant waste of time.
I should be able to copy and paste images directly into this.

Why can't we insert a picture? That function is unavailable too.
YES!!!! I TOTALLY AGREE... Our office is heavily relying on Teams (as I'm sure many other companies worldwide right now) at the moment & NOT having the availability to paste an image is incredibly archaic feeling.
Please fix this Microsoft!!
I agree that the download option is not the UX users are looking for. the is already a function printed into everyones routine, right click copy, crtl+c or cmd+c, don't invent a new one.
just noticed that the copy option is available in the chat window, rightclick the image and you have the option to Copy image. This option is not vailable when you've opened the image.
for me this is ok.
The lack of usability here is awful, difficult not to swear at the sheer stupidity!
If I said "Teams is a useless piece of junk" then some useless junk would be offended...
@FrankO What? downloads? on top right?
after you copy image go to download on top right, then go to downloads on your PC copy it and then it will paste into wherever you want it to go
yet another absurdly basic function gone amiss....
Get in the Game MS... its the end of 2019 already!!!
the final score:
Google Docs - 1,
MS teams -0
and I almost forgot, google docs is free
It's really surprising that we should vote for such a basic function. This should be a matter of course! It's an absolute showstopper to use the Wiki in Teams.

Cannot copy from SnagIt and Control-V directly into a Teams conversation. I do this multiple times a day with Slack. Our company is trying to move to teams, but this is a definite deal-breaker.

WTH Microsoft? Copy/paste is a very basic function that your system cannot handle?
Copying an image from a conversation and pasting elsewhere (e.g. DevOps or PowerPoint) results in a blank image. I need to be able to take examples that have been part of a discussion and use in other documents. I cannot save them either so this leaves no way of getting them out of the application.

Many web based platforms support paste images.
Teams is a windows app and still you cant paste images on it.
Being a new product, it should seduce users to leave skype not vice versa!
How do you guys remove such a small and simple thing
Keep the things that worked from Skype
If you have an issue with this I'd suggest voting on this issue:
The inability to copy and past between wiki sections is a big problem.
Really bad. No way of the most simple copy pasting from wiki to ANY other source. highly disappointed

Why the **** would you not allow this spreadsheet to copy and paste into emails, word docs, etc. Not being able to copy and past images is also terrible. When I try to copy a simple excel row, my only option is a bunch of text jumbled together as you can see below.
Also, this spreadsheet does not give you the option to insert a row below, only above, thus copying all the format which you may not want into the inserted row. There are other issues, but I am tired of identifying your problems your employees should identify. I will just use Google Docs or Zoho.

The inability to copy and paste images between Teams Wikis is a serious obstacle to the use of Teams
As a designer, I want the ability to paste screenshots (screenshot to clipboard, then paste) on my Mac so that I can share work easily. Teams has marked this as complete and it does not work at all for me.
I can't copy-paste images from Teams to external programs (e.g. Outlook) and vice versa - it just presents a blank block. Apparently this is for copyright reasons, but if so it is futile as I can just use the Shift+Win+S key to bypass.
Not having the ability to copy and paste from any tool makes this much less desirable as a tool i would use frequently. The copy and paste functionality saves time, clearly communicates what is going on, etc. I will stay with skype for my main tool at this time.
