Add Teams Add-on to Salesforce
Create a phone/notes interface in Salesforce to allow Microsoft Phone System users to be able to make calls to customers (Click-to-Dial) with a notes box to add to the contact or customer record in Salesforce.
I agree with this idea, as a user of Microsoft Lync phone system we must be able to make notes and call customers from salesforce.
I agree with the above. @Microsoft - What is the expected wait time for this functionality to be made available?
