View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
The team is working on the plan for this feature. No dates to share at this time, but we will keep you posted.
This would be great since we are hoping we can use TEAMS to replace our Zoom and GoToMeeting accounts. Our organization has a need to run attendee reports after our remote meetings so this would be key in determining if we can switch over or not.
This would be nice if it fed into the team meeting auto generated wiki.

Please confirm if I have this correct, as a workaround. I've recorded a Teams meeting. The "viewer" list in the default recording (when I click Edit) shows 78 people (including myself), even though I invited 146 people. Is that 78-person "viewer" list an accurate list of attendees? If not... how did it come up with 78 people as being viewers of a recording, instead of everyone who was invited?

TEAMS meeting - Desperately need to generate an attendee list similar to GotoWebinar. Our Department is using these reports to issue CME credits. Hope the attached Sample Report from our GotoWebinar session will help you, @Alex (Teams Engineering, Microsoft Teams).

Hi Experts/MS Team,
A valid ask even I vote for the same. Many users in our tenant would like to get such simple and easy reports. Please incorporate this feature ASAP.

This feature for standard Teams meeting would be super helpful!
A few people in the thread below have commented on why it says this feature is available in some places. It's referring to Teams Live Events, not standard Teams meetings. Teams Live Events are able to hold up to 10K people, and provide very detailed attendance reports for meeting producers. They're a bit different from a meeting management perspective than standard Teams meetings, but work very well in the right scenarios. Just FYI.
I need this so badly!
Microsoft this is a Skype feature that was taken away with Teams...
It would be valuable to be able to see participants who attend meetings.
Accurate attendees information is vital to our successful landing of Change so this feature would be invaluable
Would love for it to integrated with One Note and the participant list

That feature would be highly appreciated!!

This would be a great feature. Someday, hope Teams also captures the notes and action items from the meeting.
Needed for auditing purposes. Must have over taking screen shots of attendees or requesting an email or some other format.

Would be nice.
I would love the export feature - we run a lot of metrics off of attendance so just viewing the attendees isn't helpful for this.

This is really useful. We would know the success rate of our training session in Teams by having accurate attendees information.

Why does it say this feature is currently available in the checklist available on Docs? "Post-broadcast attendance report for Producers"
I'm trying to evaluate Teams against GoToWebinar.
This functionality built into Meetings window would be great.
