View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.
Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. Excellent, we're waiting for this feature.

Fully support to have it available after meeting conclusion.
In real company life, assistants often take minutes in meetings they haven't set up so to enable this for other people than the organiser would be really helpful.

How can I download attendance of TEAMS Meeting participants in a mobile app. Is this feature enabled. If so, please advise where can we see the option on Teams mobile app.

It would be really useful if this could be shown alongside (or as part of) a meeting history.
In GoToMeeting, I can see a list of meetings I've been Organizer of and, if I click to those meetings, I can see attendance (and some additional data). A meeting history for meetings I've hosted in Teams would be really useful. It would also be a convenient place to access the attendance info in this uservoice.

From the testing, it looks like does not support to download the participants list in a Teams meeting launched from sharedmailbox(not a real user, just a delegation).
Is there a plan to support this scenario?

View NOT export from web and mobile app
I send out MS Team invites for all the training classes that my team facilitates. It would be so helpful if the facilitators could access the attendance list so I don't have to attend every training. Or, if I could obtain it after the class closes. Thank you!
It would be ideal for the Attendee list to connect with Onenote, just like Skype does it. Do not see this in the feature definition.

Need attendance report for every time extract by global admin due to meeting presenter will be organisation directors , CEO and management team so we can't told like extract attendance report in meeting time .
Checking in on a status for this. I know Alex's team has been busy with other fantastic Teams improvements, can't wait to see this one roll out!
It would be great if team owners could also have access to download the attendance list. This would allow us to free up our producer to do other work.
2 years now and still no solution in times of corona. No other company could afford such lack of functionalities

We are waiting too long for attendance logbook...
This is a major issue for me too. I am a teacher, currently teaching remotely, and attempting to use meetings as a roll. My workaround is to mouse-over the end of the meeting summary and screenshot the list that comes up, and then check the avatars individually for the other names.
Extremely clunky, and high chance of me making an error. Since the information is available anyway (awkwardly), we really need easier and more reliable access to this data. It is a headache right now that makes me wish we weren't an Office 365 school.

List of people who attended the meeting should be traceable.
An audit trail type report should be available for download.
I am trying to Wean our users off the meeting app that they are currently using and onto MS Teams when hosting training events and have seen that there are work around's using MS Form ETC, the sooner this features lands on General release the easier it will make life for us Admins!
@daniel that would require the organizer to download the list many times during the call .. imagine people joining and leaving the call at will. What @francois is suggesting is probably the solution in the right direction
How do we capture the email address of the attendance?
so disappointed i can't download the list after meeting!!!
