View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.

I just realized I could not access the list of attendees after a safety meeting I recorded in Teams. Attendance tracking is a federal regulatory requirement! I did this for 3 different meetings! This needs to be fixed ASAP.
This is a great addition to Teams, especially for those of us in higher education. The need to download the report after the meeting is so important in the virtual classroom. Adding my vote to keep this a priority.

It would also be useful if this list was made available via an API so that we could access it afterwards and bring attendance information into Dynamics where we manage attendance records across a wide range of meetings.

That is an urgent need because while ı am doing the lesson ı can’t control who is entering or exiting or how long he stayed and followed the lesson. The exit enter and duratiın list coul be a very good feedback for me to share with my parents when needed.
Why the functionality is limited to the organizer. That could be for a teacher, but in a company it makes no sense. In my case, my boss created a meeting and asked me to track the attendance. So I cannot use this option and we are talking of meetings where 50 to 100 people join.
Maybe this should be open to all attendees. If necessary the admin should be able to limit in each particular company / site

I have discovered that this feature only works when you invite people via link. If they were invited to the meeting, I just get a blank report. Just because they were invited doesn't mean they actually came. I'd love if this feature would include the coming and going stats for ALL meetings, not just shared link meetings.
There's not even any way to see who attended by who came and went from the meeting because only those who did not join using the invitation were noted that they joined or left. I didn't know this until after the meeting was over!
My good news is we now have the attendee download button after running the Powershell script. Wohoo!
The bad news is the file created (in downloads folder) only has column headings. There are no users.
Is there an additional setup required to have the user names filled in?
I think this is a critical feature for our administrators / PAs to be able to manage and evaluate mid-sized events.
We must have this feature ASAP! We are 22 minutes into a call and still taking role. UGH
Format of the date time cell:
I guess you have chosen to display date/time in the format that is most useful for the most users. Makes sense.
I need to also look at duration -- so need to translate the label DATE TIME into a number that I can calculate from.
If there are enough folks with that same need, you might consider exporting date/time into two cells - once as label and [once] as number? Otherwise we all need to learn how to do the manipulation in excel...

With the increased use of Teams by educators during COVID-19, the need for this should be obvious and escalated.
Could you state what is expected in the V2 of this attendance feature?
Some asks from my customers on this -
1. Ability to download the attendance after the meeting? I understand is coming.
2. Ability to get the Email Address of the participants?
3. Ability to differentiate whether the participant is Guest or Internal Employee?
4. User Agent - Where has the participant joined from?

Unfortunately the reply here doesn't specifically state how admins can turn this on:
PowerShell -> Connect to SfB online -> Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Tag:CustomPolicyName -AllowEngagementReport Enabled
Give it 15 minutes or so and the download arrow should appear whilst in a meeting. Hitting download should spit out a meetingAttendanceList.csv file to your Downloads folder, which shows time joined/left timestamps of attendees.

We are considering to use Team Meetings for training virtual courses but for that we need 2 features:
#1 Attendance availability after the meeting by any of the attendees, not only the organizer
#2 Inclusion of email data in the report
In spanish, translation of "left" should be "Abandonó" ;D

can you add another report wich summarize this report to group the names and the report will be like meeting name, email, name , total joined ,total left
