View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.
Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. Thank you for working on this... I do echo some of the voices here to allow participants of the meeting to download the attendee list.
In our case, we schedule our big meetings using a shared email in O365. So the "organizer" of the meeting is not a real person. One of our department members still has to manually do screen captures to get the attendee list.
I think we need a more complete solution
1. Include more info, like email address, join time, leave time
2. Allow participants to extract participant list, even after the meeting. In my case, I have to control the attendance of some meetings organized by management, I cannot request them to extract the attendance.
3. It would be great if teams sends an email after the meeting with the attendance, I mean, create an option to request the meeting attendance and then teams sends that to the requester after the meeting.

Thank you for
working on this! Great that it will be possible to download an attendance report. Would it be possible also to include attendant e-mail address in the report? Thank you!

Do you have to be the organizer or Teams Admin to download the attendees list during the meeting or is there a setting to allow others to download this list during the meeting?
I totally agree with the last comment posted...
You DEFINITELY need to include more information other than first and last names! Email addresses and phone numbers are essential these days, in addition to times joined/left the meeting.
Food For Thought: WebEx has the option to designate required fields for capturing info such as this i.e. first/last name, phone, email, company, address, etc. The reports that are generated post-meeting will include all required fields as indicated upon setup/scheduling the event, in addition to even more info (which I suspect most don't even use). Bottom line is that you can get all the info you need and then some. In my case, my office generates electronic training certificates so being able to capture first/last name, email address and phone number for all attendees are a must... having the option to include company/gov.agency would be an added bonus!
Need more information on the download report other than first name & last name. The attendee report would be more helpful if email is included (in case people have the same names) and the time when a user joined and left the meeting. Lastly, the report should be available AFTER the meeting concludes and not only available for download DURING the meeting as this is not helpful because some people leave the meeting early or join late and this data is not captured.

Thank you does this mean in the interim, anyone invited to the meeting can download the attendee report or does it still only the person who scheduled the meeting that can do this?
Thanks Alex. I can't find a mention on the roadmap of what you're describing. Can you give the exact Description title that's listed on the Roadmap so that I can track it?

This "fix" is just a sticky plaster over the wound and not a complete solution. We need to be able to extract who and when attendees enter and leave.
I organise training sessions globally across time zones and don't really want to set my alarm for 3 am just to take attendance.
These training sessions are used as development areas for our colleagues and we need to measure the usage.
Really hope you can work on a complete fix as it seems the general feeling in the comments is that we are not there yet.
As you know, this development is highly recommended (asap) for our school as well.Thank you

@Alex Please ensure to provide a view to the list from the Teams or Adim desktop and mobile app not just a CSV download.

MS must be aware that a huge number of users (particularly in SMEs and small charity / community organisations, do not have the tech ability to use Powershell, and it is entirely inadequate for important features to be accessible only this way. In particular for those of us working with MS 365 for various different organisations (in my case two schools, a parish council and a community benefit society) figuring out how to use Powershell on the right one is too big a challenge

The export file has file name "meetingAttendanceList.csv". If you export from several meetings the file names becomes "meetingAttendanceList(x).csv" and therefore difficult to distinguish. Would it be possible to add the meeting subject as well?
Being able to export the list post meeting would be a better enhancement, anyone can look/take attendance during a meeting!

Es muy importante poder descargar la lista de alumnado que atiende a una clase virtual.

The meeting organizer and Teams Admin should able to view and export a list of attendees, including the attendees email id and enter and exit times. The attendees email id is very much essential for education tenant since student will be joining the meeting by login to MS Teams with the email credentials and there is chance that students with same name (duplicate name) is attending the meeting.

Fully support to have it available after meeting conclusion.
In real company life, assistants often take minutes in meetings they haven't set up so to enable this for other people than the organiser would be really helpful.
