View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.

Your "Great News" isn't so great. Yes, the ability to view/download the attendee list has been rolled out. The bad news is I can't turn it off when I don't care ... So, every day the chat for the meeting gets this huge "Attendance Report - Click here to download attendance report" with a huge arrow. This wonderful new feature should be available via Meeting Details, not consuming massive real estate in the chat.

During the meeting, select Show participants icon. Click … (more options) next to the “Participants” and choose Download attendee list.
Hope this helps.

the attendance list must show the name of the channel where the meeting was generated
I discovered that recurrent meeting reports now track each meeting's attendees and their roles, their join and leave times, and append the meeting name to the downloaded file with a lot more detail in the report. Also, requesting a report once seems to automatically create one at the end of subsequent instances of that meeting. So someone is reading these comments.
It seems that after the meeting, the attendance report is not available to recurrent meetings.
Will this be available in a later release?
I have been looking at the feature as currently implemented and it's not that useful. For one thing, inviting someone is logged as their having joined the meeting: if they decline the invitation, that is logged as their having left, neither of which actually occurred. And it can't be too hard to name the downloaded file as something more descriptive that "meetingAttendanceList." Meeting name, organizer name, date, anything at all would help.
This feature needs to be expanded to allow DELEGATES of the meeting organizer to also access this report. Executives do not have time to forward a report to their assistants or administrative coordinators.
Thanks for releasing this functionality! I notice though that the attendance report for a recurring meeting is showing only those who attended on the first instance of the recurring meeting. Is there more work being done on attendance reports for recurring meetings?

The person must confirm consent to the meeting, but real presence is another metric.
Please make this feature available for recurring meetings as well. I just downloaded the attendance list from yesterday's recurring meeting and date shown is 2/4/2021.
Hello Alex, will it apply to those Teams meetings already ended before this feature rolling out.
Hello alex, in the system I have set up, our school and parent information system is analyzing as I have shown in the supplementary report, but for now my teachers continue the meeting attendance report before the meeting ends, this group is notified that they do not participate in the meeting, but the list is downloaded empty, update suggestions for more detailed analysis.
If breakout rooms are used, the time at which they are activated is marked down as the time when people left the meeting.

the current export list does not have enough information. i will also need each person's email address.

Looking forward to the ability to download attendance after a call has completed and I've left the meeting. For my larger, recurring meetings where I do need to track attendance, I sometimes forget to download an attendance report before exiting. Logging back into the meeting afterwards doesn't help as it considers the meeting as "new" and I'm the only attendee. What's weird is for some meetings it seems to be spitting out and posting an attendance file directly in chat after the meeting had ended with no prompting from anyone. That is the consistent behavior I am looking for to make this product more effective. Just wish it would behave the same for all as I'm not sure why it only happens to some meetings.
I just used this and discovered that it logs people as attending who were invited but never actually logged in. They are logged as "Joined" and "Left" with perhaps 10 seconds of time in the meeting. Repeated invitations (this is in a school setting) show repetitions of that: joined/left.
I doubt this meets anyone's expectations for an attendance logging tool.

This seems to be working quite well for once-off meetings, but not for recurring meetings. I tried to download list of attendees for a meeting this morning and it gave me a report of attendees on 25th September 2020.
Why do organizers have to download the list of attendees! The process should be automatic and the list SHOULD be downloaded by DEFAULT! The problem occurs when presenters/organizers forget to use the download option and hence a blank report is downloaded!!
Please fix this issue.

Will this be availed via API as well?

Hi Alex. Will this download option be across all interfaces Ie. iOS iPad? Also am I correct in thinking it will be aligned to the meeting chat also?
