View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
The team is working on the plan for this feature. No dates to share at this time, but we will keep you posted.
Any updates on when this is expected to go live?
Need this functionality.
Yes, need this asap.
OneNote attendance is a big missing on this tool, hoping you get that shortly on.

Really need this feature for efficiency in capturing meeting attendance.
Please, this would be fabulous so that we do not have to go through process of documentation.
Anna Salmela commented
Would need this as soon as possible, please.
We have to screen shot the attendees and then manually add them to a list later. This feature would be great!

The lack of this feature is keeping a core group of users in our company from switching from WebEx to Teams.
Seb Schoofs commented
We use Teams for all calls, including trainings, which means we cannot track who attended mandatory trainings. Please add this feature asap to be competitive with WebEx and other platforms.

I want this feature. When you are presenting during the meeting you need this feature to go back and track who was in meeting.

would be a great feature. I just had a meeting for 200+ invitees, 30 accepted, but who actually connected and for how long?

This is a serious gap!
Too much time wasted in taking roll call or screenshots of participants which is dynamic as people join late.
Teams is all about meeting and collaborating. A post meeting report/log of who attended is crucial. I've seen users take several screen captures of the participant pane to report on who attended the meeting. This is what cavemen do.

What's the point of having a meeting if you don't know who is there? This is the equivalent of meeting with your eyes closed.
If Microsoft is a serious modern software company this feature should have been released already - its a baseline enterprise feature for conference calls. Shambollic it was missed in scoping!

I am voting on this feature. Our previous meeting application provides a report of attendees and this is so helpful for easily taking attendance without using the first 5 minutes with people stating their name.

I also am voting for this feature. Please add priority to this feature it seems as though there are a lot of people interested in implementation.
We just switched from Webex to Teams Meetings. Truly a step back that we can't pull an attendance report.
