View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.
Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. I'm curious why this isn't implemented since we can view the attendees through the admin console. Is it just a permissions problem or user interface issue?
Hopefully this helps others, but as a work around I have been going to the admin console and finding the users meeting. Then I load the developer tool in the browser, usually F12, and find the corresponding meeting URL. Will have to refresh the meeting page once you pull up the tools. Locate:
If you then look under the response tab you can see a JSON output of the meeting and should see attendees. Then with a site like https://json-csv.com/ you can convert it and download a copy into XLSX.
Obviously not a standard way for an end user to get it, and a little unorthodox, but it works.

It would great if another feature is included/added to the roadmap i.e. attendees name and email id's when we download the attendance report after the meeting has concluded in .CSV file. This helps us a lot.. For example: In an organization there are thousand of employees, where few/more might have similar/same names but the email id's are unique to identify who attended the training/session.
Hope we can expect this feature in next release/version of MS Teams.

As a first-time Teams meeting organizer, downloading the attendance list was one thing I forgot until too late. After-meeting capability would be wonderful. Having it automatically emailed to the organizer would be ideal.
Buongiorno. Chiara Silvestrini
I'm adding my name to the list as well - really need this feature for POST meetings to be able to download attendance list. Thank you.

We managed to enable the ability to download attendees during a meeting via PowerShell when the feature was released, but this is no longer available after enabling the new meeting experience in the Teams client. Anyone else in the same boat? Or am I missing something?

Currently the download of attendance (before the meeting ends) contains only Name (LDAP / MS Exchange name) -- How to get email id of the participant? This is much more important to download email ids of participants - not just name

I am also in need of this. Either downloading attendance after the fact or an auto-send of attendance list after the meeting ends.
Please complete this necessary add-on, thank you!

When I went to the support page, I found the following in the information, "Keep in mind that, for now, the report must be downloaded during the meeting"
The release date for this feature was changed from September 2020 to October 2020. We are in Middle of November now it changed again from October 2020 to February 2021. Well done guys.
Please create this functionality ASAP. It's shocking that we can't pull attendance lists after closing the meeting. It's equally shocking that the limited functionality we do have isn't qautomatically enabled.

It's insane that we were able to easily do this with Skype for Business but we can't do it with Teams! There are all these other useless reports but not this incredibly important one...
Will be a very good stuff to have this option
How is it possible that, following your roadmap, the possibility to download the attendance report after the meeting was launched on september (upgraded at the end of october) but still we cannot make it? It is very frustrating to read articles where some users have it and some not...
Can you please update the support page that you have linked. This is no longer accurate and can be very frustrating when attempting to use MS resources to know how to use Microsoft products, and they are not up to date to the changes you have made.

Even better if it was possible for Teams Owners, rather than Calendar owner (we'd love to do this using Shared Booking Calendars).

Do we have the option to list and download the attendees list while the teams live session is running?

Is it possible to CUSTOMIZE headers? E.g using "Surname + Name", instead of "Name + Surname"?
