It would be nice if ms team can support small chat window view (like gmail chat used to allow user chat in small window near bottom-right corner.

This is a great idea, where the default when you click on a message someone has sent you in real time (that appears in the lower right hand corner) is a separate small chat window. Right now, it resets the whole thing and brings you to the chats option. If you were on a file or in a page, you have to go back to where you were. It is quite annoying.

I agree here. I like having Teams share one monitor with Outlook. Between the two, Teams takes way too much of the screen, and I wish I could make it narrower.
