I lost accessibility to an incoming teams call and could not answer it. An always on top icon for incoming calls within the teams program would help

In the Mac client, the incoming call notification is in the top right. If there are any undismissed Mac OS reminders or notiications, the incoming call notification is hidden behind them, so you can't see who is calling you, and you can't see the audio or video pickup icons. Surely the notification should be always on top?
Yes. This should be a top priority bug. With recent changes, the incoming call - either audio/video is not showing up visibly on Teams. It gets to display as a notification on the top right corner on the User who is calling us. This is not at all a helpful feature. If we are in chat with another person, or in a group or in another call, we only hear the incoming call from Teams but could not see who is calling and where to respond to that incoming call.

Similar here. There's usually an obvious call-answering pop-up, but sometimes it just doesn't appear, and it's a matter of luck whether I can find the right Activity or Chat where I can answer the call before the caller gives up. (By the way, I haven't read right through the User Voice Ts & Cs, but am assuming that it's a channel where reasonable users can talk to reasonable MS insiders.)
