Make sure firmware is updated and that Teams is the preferred softphone in Jabra Direct.

Had a similar issue, upgraded to V4.7.0 using Jabra Direct with offline package, not Jabra Direct 2.0. The 'call pickup on headset un-hook function' works. Ensure that the RJ11 cable is disconnected. Hope this helps

I had this working before I moved my desktop to a new location. I have updated the firmware and the software, still not working. I just did this on 12/5/19. I have moved from USB 2 and USB 3. Teams see Jabra pro 9470. Jabra direct sees that teams available. if I crank up skype, it works without an issue. So I know teams and Jabra 9470 do work together.

Just received an update today in Jabra Direct for this functionality. I haven't tested it yet though

Please support Jabra 9450 Headset. So many big companies are using this model and I'm surprised that MS is not supporting for Teams usage.

Yeah, we've migrated from SFB to Teams and it appears Jabra have abandoned the 9400 series completely. I've got a 9470 and it's a real crapshoot as to whether it will work with teams or not, even once Skype has been shut down completely
Very disappointing and this will steer my future purchases and recommendations

Did this ever get resolved?

HI..
I have the similar experience... To get full call control, I had to exit my SFB client before joining the Teams meeting.......
It do make sense, that not to applications can control the same HW at the same time.
But as an end user it is not so good..... So only one client, not two. -

The 9450 works, but it is a terrible experience. I have to pick up the headset, answer the call manually from the Teams popup, and then click the 9450 button the looks like a telephone.

Same this kind of problem I faced from last few days , very Bad experience with this headset. But the other one headset Jabra Pro 930 is working very well.

Has this been resolved? I have the same issue with Jabar 9400BS. Love the headset but with company moving to teams might have to look at another. This will push our company from purchasing future Jabar products.

I am having this issue as well. I use a Mac but the same headset, and it does not work with Teams (works fine with Skype for Business).

I am experiencing the same issue. Logitech 9450 headset works fine with Skype for Business but does not yet work with Teams. Our office is using Teams more and more and is gradually becoming our primary tool for inter-office communication. Would also appreciate any updates on this issue.

Is this issue going to get resolved? I would love to use Teams to hold meetings.

This is an issue at one of our sites that is very encouraged by and using Teams actively. The site is entirely on the 9450 headset, and it does work well with SFB/SFB-O. Jabra support has been unable to get the headset to work under Win7/Win10 testing. Appreciate any development or updates on this matter. Thank you.
