Hide teams toolbar
We would like to hide the teams toolbar that stays in the left of the client. It takes up a lot of space in the view that could be used to improve the navigation in the team.
This had a lot of support in https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16930303-left-navigation-make-it-collapsible but Microsoft closed it for a reason that I can not grasp
This is a security issue. As we all do screensharing, it should be possible to share the information relevant for that team only and keep other customers or projects hidden. In our case we have one team per customer and we can not afford to have one customer see the names of other customers.
Yes. Hide the toolbar without moving the mouse to the side. When you move your mouse again, the toolbar reappears. This is a dealbreaker for Teams versus another video program.

I agree! When I go to my team or channel, the left navigation sub menus (example when I click on Teams Icon there is a list of my teams displayed in a white containor to right of the left navigation icon menu) is distracting.
If I was able to Hide the Teams List and the whole Team/Channel would slide over to take up the whole screen (with the exception of keeping the icons on the left navigation menu present) it would be less distracting.
