It is allowed maximum of 3 pin on top of Teams. Please, increase this number! :) It would help find documents and make visible which are the most important ones. Thanks!

This is a must-have feature. We are moving all project-related files into Teams. As a result, we have folders with many files, making it difficult to find critical documents within a folder.
Ideally, we could pin these critical documents to the top of the list. These files would remain there, regardless of the sort order.
This would boost team productivity tremendously.
