onenote mention
Implement the @mention feature inside OneNote
Currently it's not possible to @mention people inside OneNote. Even though you've implemented templates for meeting minutes and action items for example. It would be much more easier to introduce the attendees with @mention or even better, to assign action items directly to people by @mention them.

please please add this feature! We need to be able to tag in onenote in order to have effective agendas & notes kept for our team

Is this feature still not available in OneNote? If so, are there plans to add it anytime soon?
Currently using 365 ProPlus.
I know this is an old thread, but I'm hoping this will bring it back current. Or at least be made aware of the the latest status. Thanks in advance.

Who cares about dark mode when stuff like this is missing

Please make a consistent product where we can use @Mentions #Tags and Teams integrations for meeting notes (Searchable).
Your products seems to diversify constantly which renders them unusable in a real business situation.

Absolutely. Come on, Microsoft! Join the dots.

Definitely useful to have @ mentions. Even better would be an Action tag that the @ mention would go into as typed, so that the action could then be transferred into that person's outlook, rather than the note takers own Outlook To Do list

+1 yes please, I just added notes from a whole meeting/whitboard session to our team's onenote tab and had to then seperately @Mention people outside the notebook to alert team members to their actions, what a pain.

+1, very, very strange this is not possible.

This is one use case, which is compelling, but also it is essential to be able to do this for many other reasons as use of OneNote as part of Teams expands. We've just started to seriously use Teams in my company and this is a major limitation.

Already listed in OneNote User Voice for some time now. Vote that one up! I can't believe they haven't implemented it yet.

Yes! We often use OneNote in a Teams function in order to take minutes of meetings and note actions. It would be super helpful to be able to use @mentions to notify staff of actions and have them show in their Activity feeds.
