Join or Create a Team should display all existing Teams in the organization. Currently the Join or Create option only allows Create. The Search field does not display teams not already in my Favourites list that I know exist. Rather it asks if I want to create a new team with the name of the existing team rather than offering me an opportunity to join the existing team.
