Toolbar should be customizable or adjustable. I'd like to have access to other installed apps on toolbar without having to resort to clicking on ellipse.
Placement of ellipse should be adjustable (top of apps, bottom of apps, top of toolbar, bottom of toolbar, above "Store", below "Feedback"). It would probably be best if this was just a draggable item.

Amen! The quick access toolbar is one thing I teach all my MS suite students. There is no need to remember where all the features live if you can pin them to the top.
Not being able to customize any of this is frustrating and not at all in keeping with MS Suites other thoughtful ways to help us work more efficiently and use all these great features. I tell my students that I want them to focus their energy on figuring out what they want to communicate and how, and not remembering where that thing that can help them do it lives in the menus. Just use help and quick access and keep going.

Agreed, sharing code snippets with my team would be a lot easier if I could just have the option on the tool bar instead of having to open the formatter, then click the ellipse to select code.

It would be great to be able to drag and drop apps in the left hand toolbar to show desired apps without clicking on ellipse.
Also, it would be great if we could add shortcuts to apps on the top toolbar next to the "New chat" option next to the search bar.
There should be a toolbar button to quickly obfuscate the Teams interface - sometimes there is sensitive data that you don't want to be visible by bystanders or via a shared desktop.
Agreed. I'd like to be able to drag and drop the different apps to arrange them according to personal preference.
