Add the option to disable message previews in the Favorites and Recent IM windows.
In the Chat tab, my boss complains that he can't open Teams while in screen sharing applications (such as WebEx) because if he does then the last thing said to each of his contacts is visible and may compromise confidential info. He'd like the option to turn off the preview and only show the names of the people without any message preview.

This needs to be implemented for the purposes of protecting user privacy especially in scenarios where I need to share my screen but to ensure that no private conversations are shown.
ugh, yes please, this is super annoying!

regarding the toast message, at least toast messages can be disabled in general when presenting. the one line message preview can't be turned off, and so can't use Teams during a presentation, for example to grab a URL that was just sent, and needed to continue the presentation
