How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Please add Service Now as a connector to MS Teams. Would be great to get notifications and or perform actions like approve, start, assign, closed etc.

    There is a premium connector in Flow for ServiceNow that could potentially integrate with Teams. I currently don't have access to see what is possible with it though.
