DTMF Tones do not work when in a call
If i use teams to make an external call (using my skype for business phone number) the DTMF tones are not detected. So if i'm on a call that asks me to enter my PIN or some other input, it does not work

This works fine when direct dialling a number that has an IVR. It does not work when dialling in a number to an ongoing conference call/meeting.

Yes, this would be very helpful for adding participants behind auto-attendants.

The DTMF tones and keypad do not function properly during the audio conferencing feature in teams. This is especially necessary in dialing out extensions to phone numbers

Absolutely essential for teachers, who are working from home, and are not supposed to use their own phones to make calls to parents and students

The DTMF tones and keypad do not function properly during the audio conferencing feature in teams. Any idea when this will be corrected? It has been a problem for quite some time.
