Absolutely need search capability for Wiki within Teams. A Wiki without search becomes somewhat useless as soon as you add a moderate amount of content and forces you to re-think where you want to store the information.

Any update? Please enable this, otherwise this is a absolutely neccesary. I want to use wiki as a notes collection from meetings. Totally useless if there's no search function.

Any updates on this feature? This is critical to Teams wiki.
Please give us usable wiki with search.
I like Teams but I can't use Teams wiki because it have no search.
Helplessly, I use Onenote but it isn't usefull for me.
This is an absolut neccessary feature, otherwise makes the Wiki no sense
Agreed. We are looking to use Teams as a KB for our staff but without a WIKI search it isn't workable. Search functionality would make this a more viable product to adopt. Without search we need to find a different solution.
This is something that would make this tool even more usable. This is my first complaint since I started using this tool to manage project communications about 2 weeks ago. I really need to be able to search through the data I added to the wiki, all my meeting notes are stored here.

I really, really do not understand why this is not standard.....
This is a dealbreaker for us, too. Unless search is implemented, we can have 1 or 2 pages tops with "top-level" information. More than that and stuff is too cumbersome to find.

A wiki in Teams is a textfile. In Sharepoint search strings can be found. To be honest: Cos this way is very unattrative: The votes in this voice are right
Come on, guys! A wiki without a search function? Really?! That's like a car without an engine. This needs to be urgently addressed or the whole point of a wiki is lost.
It deal breaker for us.. We are using teams since 8 months, we are creating content in Wiki tons and tons of them....but not able to find....then no point using team...
It is getting to the point that we need to find some other alternative....

Why is Microsoft championing Teams as a "one stop shop" collaboration tool with useful features such as a "Search Function" in a Wiki tab missing. You can currently search for information in conversations, etc. But when it comes to searching for specific content in individual tabs, there is no search capability. Please fix the integrations or search capabilities with your tabs (Apps).
Microsoft please add the following features in your next release:
- A search function for Wiki and for other tabs that are added to Team site or channel.
- The ability to delete conversations or individual chats, and not just individual posts.
- The ability to migrate conversation groups from Skype for Business to Teams.
Ran into this issue and started searching for solution. The question of, "When will it be possible to have the capability to search Team Wiki?" was posted in techcommunity.microsoft.com back in 03-22-2017. Can't believe this is still in the backlog/no resolution!

Wake up - lack of search renders Teams Wiki pretty much useles.
Scroll down cannot replace search :)
I need it necessarily

Hard to believe there is no search capability in the Teams' Wiki.

This is a no-brainer. Just as I was stunned the first time we looked at teams and saw this missing, we are even more so years later to see it still isn't available.

It would be spectacular, a search not only of the title, but of the entire Wiki.
