Make Team list column adjustable and closeable
Team list column should be adjustable and the column should be closeable.

would like to be able to re-rank how teams show up in team list column, putting more frequent/more important teams at top. Add an option to get a tile view of all visible teams vs list

The team list column does close when the window gets small. This is unexpected behavior, however, and should be under user control. It's perfectly possible that I want all of a large window to be dedicated to a discussion.
