Handle locking of files more cleanly
So I open an Excel file in Teams, realize that the Excel in editor in Teams is insufficient for my needs, close the file and try to open it in external Excel.
When I try to edit the File in Excel, Excel tells me that file is locked. By me. Remember, I closed the file, but apparently I still have a lock on it.
So now I'm stuck editing the file in Teams (which is really awful, but that's another issue).

I'm the only one working on a single file. I accidentally opened it in teams, closed it out and now when I open it in Office on my PC, I only have the option to use it Read-Only. I have even gone so far as to delete it from Teams and save my Excel version back up but I'm immediately rewarded with a "Your version is old, the server version was updated since you opened it" but this is a complete lie as I'm the only one working with this file. Teams has a HUGE problem with file handling.
This happens to our team with Excel and Word Docs alike. Both get locked for like 30 minutes. In Word it's not as big of an issue because Word 2016 allows multiple people to edit a file, so we can still work on the file even though it's locked. The problem comes when we try to rename, move or delete it. This is highly annoying, and Teams should be able to unlock the file the moment it it closed.
