Make email notifications more terse and useful
An example of an email notification I received had a subject that amounted to "So-and-so mentioned our team" and a body that started out with "Hi User! You're missing all the action in Microsoft Teams!"
The subject was not informative and the text above the actual content was just marketing ********. Please just get to the point.
Also, please include more information in the subject line. I generally don't read anything more than the subject on these without a good reason, and you certainly didn't give me one.
