Highlight the searched words on the right panel
When we run a search on Teams, the search results displayed under the "Messages" tab will have the searched words highlighted and this is great.
However, if we then click on the search result we were looking for, the relevant section or words of the selected result isn't highlighted on the panel on the right side, it just loads the discussion at its end. We have to scroll up and look for what we need manually to find the section/words we were looking for.
It would be a great improvement for the Search feature to highlight directly in the right panel the same thing as in the search results list.

I agree with this. Left pane in search results do highlight the search term(s) however the right pane of search results is just a stream of cards that you have to actually parse/read completely to find the reference to the search term. This is a huge time waster and not a difficult thing to fix. Shocking that this common sense feature wasn't in Teams search from the start.

I agree with this. End-users will not be able to find the information they are searching for when the text isn't highlighted in the actual message itself. In my opinion, this is an important feature missing!
