Annoying user experience. Notifications do not respect DND on MAC.
Why does teams still show notifications when I have set my MAC to DND?
Notifications do not have a close option. It makes things more annoying.
Please give an option for the user to set the status manually instead of team governing my status automatically.

DND is not working at all - also in Windows. Very big problem.

I believe this would be resolved with the suggestion to use the macOS Notification Center: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16941685-use-built-in-notifications-for-macos

A huge concern is when screen sharing. Respect the OS notification settings! We could just quit/close Teams, which I'm sure was not on the list of goals of the product team.
"How do you like using Teams?" Well, I quit it and leave it off almost all day because I share my screen in the morning and never remember to open it up again, so we just end up using Slack and are looking into their paid plan and dropping Teams.

Team's notifications are horrendous. At least let me turn them off when on DND (after making DND actually stay on), and better, stop notifying me after the first few, or let me control them in a finer-grained fashion (basic things like "only notify me for new chats or @-mentions", or "stop notifying me after X messages for Y minutes").
