Feature: Add ability to adjust call audio volume
In Skype I could adjust the volume on the application level. This isn't possible in teams

Hi - On the meeting teams line, we are not able to reply on a particular post. Every message is like a new message.

Maybe there is a Pro versión with volume adjustment option available for 10 bucks/month. Bravo Microsoft!

I tried adjusting the volume in the advanced settings, and then doing a test call in Teams settings. The second the test call starts, a new line for Teams shows up in advanced settings, with the volume at 100, and that's the volume that comes through on the call. The new line with 100% volume, is grayed out and won't let me change it.

This works fine for me on plugged in headphones, but people can't hear me well on those. When I use Bluetooth headphones the volume slider has no impact on the volume and it is too loud.

Teams volume is NOT controlled by the volume mixer.
To change the volume you have to R-click sound icon > "Open Sound Settings" > under "Advanced sound options" click "App volume and device performance", then adjust the slider for Teams. This convoluted sequence needs to be done each call.Is there a way to configure Teams volume to be controlled by the volume mixer instead?

"Adjust the volume slider" does not work, if it did we would not be asking this question.

On the desktop it works fine but with the Android app I cannot adjust the volume. It plays only out of the ear speaker even when I have video turned ON which means I am not going to have my ear pressed up against the camera area... if Video is ON it should switch over to the phone's external speakers not the ear speaker. Very annoying. There is no way I have found to adjust any volume on this app. Dont these developers use Android? or are all the Microsoft developers using Apple products????

I just purchased a new mic to try reduce the noise, and the mic works well when recording with pc level at 65% and there is almost no background noise, but as soon as I do a teams call, and I don't speak for a few seconds the volume of the mic creeps up to 90% - adding in a toggle to switch this off like in Skype should be a small amount of effort, for the benefit to the hundreds of users now trying to cut out background noise while working from home. Thanks.

Please add this Microsoft. When using headphones on the iOS app, even on minimum volume level it’s still too loud and hurts my ears.

PLEASE. Allow the feature to reduce volume for the meetings taking place on ms teams. By default the call volume is quite loud and can be frustrating at times when i try to multi task

Please, someone address this issue. MS Teams calls are exceptionally loud. My computer volume controls that adjust volume for every other application do not work when on a teams call.

Volume mixer is the solution but that's ******* weak on Microsoft's part.

I also wish to add separate volume controller for Teams.

I'm in a teams meeting right, but it isn't anything important, so I split my screen and watch a movie while also having teams open, but then when people talk in teams it is much louder than the volume of my movie, so I go into the setting in teams to turn down the volume, but there isn't a bar or anything, only ones for devices, but if I turn that down it turns the overall volume so if teams goes to 20% volume my movie also goes to 20% so I still can't hear my movie. You might say then don't watch the movie, I don't always watch a movie, sometimes I listen to songs, but the problem still exists, I can't hear my song either if somebody talks in teams.

Volume should be set at the application level, instead of now where the user must set the volume using windows volume slider.
