Feature: Add ability to adjust call audio volume
In Skype I could adjust the volume on the application level. This isn't possible in teams
using the help topics on teams i found the following:
During a call, there are the 3 dots ... on the toolbar that is called 'more actions'. select 'show device settings'. once that is open, there is a volume scroll bar for both speakers and mic volumes.
it worked for me.

Yes please, this is needed when we need to follow a video while the call is in place. Very annoying.

cuz my teacher always talks so loudly and i cant hear the youtube vid im watching
but i cant just turn off the audio
i need to learn too
same thing happening to me. I want to adjust the volume. when would this be possible?
Need to be able to adjust the volume. My ears hurt.
I even can't use my headphone the mic is fixed on it and when I wear it Teams is turning the gain at 100%.
Please add this option, just copy Discord. It's awful to hear some people loud other people quiet and i can't lower the meeting volume so i can hear other media on my Mac.

I have a makeshift workaround for this issue. If you want to be in a Teams meeting and want to mute the volume at application level, then you may open the Teams Web app in Chrome/Brave/Mozilla and then mute the tab.
Not the prefect solution, but works for me
This is down right painful. I will be actively campaigning against using Teams until I can participate without the pain of having speakers being too loud.
Adjusting the volume of each person individually would also be a great feature. Pls make it happen)
Volume control is needed for AirPod Pros. Way too loud in both for both my voice as well as incoming voice.

I think it is VERY important to have the ability to control volume PER PARTICIPANT .
i.e each user can define the volume they hear each other participants . In the current state some participant are very low while others are too high . actively changing the computer volume when every person is speaking is VERY FRUSTRATING .
Skype for Business had an easy option to adjust microphone level in the Audio devices of the config. Microsoft, how hard can it be to add the same function into Teams? It is an obvious functionality. Concentrate on these instead of fancy graphics and barely used bells, whistles, and gongs.
My team can never hear me when I use teams. Very frustrating, and no quick setting available from within the application to adjust.
Please add/fix audio controls within teams. The volume in teams meetings is too low for me and turning up the speaker volume makes little difference.
I can't participate in calls as every time I manually change the microphone volume settings in windows, Teams changes the mic volume to 100% so that everyone else gets deafened.
I set the microphone levels just right. Then I start talking and Teams resets everything and boosts microphone volume up to 100%
This is so frustrating. I have to use a gaming adaptor for my headset to get the volume low enough to not cause me physical pain due to the call volume. I cannot use my phone to call in to most meetings like I do with webex because the volume will not go low enough.

Try changing volume with Apple Airpods in. Need some of those things with wires and a volume wheel for Teams. Do they still make 'em?
