iOS Notifications still seem to have issues
I can see a lot of posts about iOS notification bugs, and them apparently being fixed, but on my iPhone X with iOS 11 they have not worked for some time now.
I have now changed the settings from "When not active on desktop" to "always" and still have issues.
I often go into the app and see many conversations which should have sent me a notification.
My desktop app notification settings are attached.
I am missing vital messages due to this bug, so would like to see a fix.
I have Teams on my iPhone and the notification banner doesn’t disappear. I’ve looked through every place where I could receive a notification and tried going onto settings to turn off and then on my notifications just to see if it would go away. Nothing has changed, in fact I’ve received another annoying notification so instead of 1, there’s 2. I really don’t want this to increase as it’s just going to get annoying. Anyone know what to do?! 😔
Same issue here. This application is increasingly looking like it is not fit for purpose...
Having the same issue. Notifications on my phone went away several weeks ago - I reinstalled the app a week ago and notifications were working for a day or two before stopping again.
For me this issue is temporarily fixed by either rebooting the phone, or reinstalling the app. However, notifications stop working again after a few days or less. I'm on an iPhone 6S.
I have also recently been having this issue with Teams on my iPad and iPhone. Its particularly frustrating that Im missing calls even when i’m working on Teams on my ipad call notifications arent appearing correctly.
Deleting the app and reinstalling fixed this for me.
Same issues here. Already turned on all notifications permissions and they didn’t work.
When I reinstalled the app, the notifications started working again, but later, all notifications sounds, vibration or banners, disappeared.
Please Microsoft, fix it.
I'm facing the same issue please provide a solution ASAP. it'ss running on ios13.4.1
Same issue. No notifications with IOS. How can we use the MS Teams platform without this feature.

FIXED: For me, anyhow. I was having the exact same problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Bam! Notifications have returned!
Having exactly the same issue. I am not receiving Teams notifications. I never had an issue until the last few weeks.
Same for me, no notifications triggered with iOS
It does no good to post here if no one from MS replies. Teams IOS app doesnt work correctly. Is anyone from MS monitoring this thread?
I am having the same issue. Have gone through all the troubleshoots of switching notifications to "always", etc. Still it seems that new messages are only pushed to my iphone once I open the app, and I do not receive any banner notifications. This can be a huge problem for after-hours communication when my laptop isn't open.

Also have this issue through our our team / org this renders the entire teams app useless if we don’t have reliable notifications.
We made the move to teams from an other platform, but if this isn’t fixed we cannot stay with teams
See same issue with IOS user, some get all notifications, others none ( unless they caller hangsup) or the user opens the app. With same settings on different iPhones I see different behaviour.
Very frustrating the users ( where notifications do not work)
This is also happening with our phones in our work environment. Android has no issue but iPhone continues to be a problem. Lets go! Get this fixed!

Our partner is experiencing an issue with their iPhone users not receiving subsequent notifications after the initial message per thread.

I am having the same issue on my Iphone.
Seems that if I am replayed specifically to a post I have written, than I am getting a notification alert. In all other cases when new post is published, I don't get any notification.
This is quite annoying. Does someone know if this is going to be fixed ?
On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, I get no notifications for anything except video and audio calls.
