uploading files with existing folder structure
In OneDrive i can just drag and drop a whole folder structure. I don't have to think about File size or anything. I would like to behave teams the same.
Best would be that files can be dragged in Teams Files, they are saved in OneDrive and sharing is automatically set for the team.
I tried this like 3 weeks ago with alot of webinar videos i wanted to share with my team, and experience was horrible.
First: file size was to big
Second: Folder structure was not uploaded
Third: Could not really upload anything, as with no folder structure the file names were coliding (every file in the folder was named the same e.g. "webinar.mpg")
Fourth: Could open OneDrive where i was able to upload, but none of my Team Member was able to see it in teams.
Feels like unfinished Software.
I also just want to link an existing "project folder" out of our company's sharepoint structure as THE folder for my "project team". Which is not possible as I can link only the main sharepoint site but not the specific subfolder. Alternatively Teams currently creates a Sharepoint site for each team - however, this is not sufficient as this sharepoint site is not in the right place in the hirachical folder structure and not accessible by people outside of this team

Or heck if you can just upload an entire folder to Teams like you can if you open the Files area in full SharePoint. Seems dumb that you can't do that from the Teams interface
