Support for Airpods
I couldn't hear people talk nor could they hear me when I had my airpods connected to my device. Only happens with teams so I know the problem is not my airpods plus I have confirm with other coworkers who have the same thing happen.
Thank you for your feedback, the team is reviewing this ask. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
It's hard to believe that Airpods are not supported on Teams. Isn't Windows supposed to be providing this connectivity (which it already does) and applications like MS Teams on top should be consuming this, rather than adding an additional layer of support on top?
Airpods need to work with Teams! MS sort it out!

MS Team on Laptop supporting AirPod is super important.
It would be so easy to connect with iPhone and MS Team on a laptop with just one headset / AirPod. I urge MS Team to address this on topmost priority.
+1 Ridiculous this is even an issue. I just want to make a phone call without being assaulted by high volume. It's disgusting they allowed this to slip through the cracks.
+1 I am also facing the same issue. MS team please help us
I have the same issue. Please allow airpods
Same issue here. Strange thing is that airpods pro are listed twice in device settings in Teams:
Airpods Pro Hands-Free AG audio
Airpods Pro Stereo
Microsoft needs to fix this, makes the company look bad and I know personally I won’t buy Microsoft again if they don’t make this right
Hi there, another vote (plea?) to please include airpods support for teams. They are my go-to listening device and it would make my Teams experience A MILLION times better simply to be able to control the volume a bit when on an audio or video call.
I can't use the volume on my PC to control my earbuds Aukey EP-T21 volume in Teams.
I can't use the volume on my PC to control my Airpods Pro volume in Teams. Sound quality also very poor in TEAMS. It is not a Windows 10 or Bluetooth issue as the sound quality on Groove Music is very good using the same Airpods Pro

Same as @Richard Westerik - Teams audio starts out fine, but quickly degrades into lower bit rate/sampling - more and more garbled listening/speaking.
Only since iOS 14 / FW 3A283 / Mac OS 10.15.7
Only with MS Teams
Before that (a week or so ago) ALL were working beautifully
*edit* Apparently (According to MS Moderator) "For the current situation, Airpods/ Airpods Pro are not in the list of Teams fully supported devices"
My AirPods Pro's have been working perfect with Teams on my iMac. But they stopped working, I can't hear anything anymore. This is extreme annoing. I have to use my old wired headphones again, so I can't fetch a cup of coffee anymore during a meeting while still listening to the meeting.

When I use Teams on my PC I get the option of using AirPods (Handsfree) and Airpods (Stereo). When I use Airpods Handsfree, maybe others hear me, but I don't hear them. When selecting Airpods Stereo, I can hear everybody clearly (and can even change the volume) but need to use my PC built-in microphone for people to hear me, very cumbersome to have my PC near me to be able to use Teams.
When I use Teams on my iPhone, it usually works great. But occasionally the sound will start to become stuttering (like a bad line, low speed internet or whatever), switching to the iPhone speaker briefly or just confirming the output to Airpods again, clears this. THIS ONLY HAPPENS WITH TEAMS. (Since the iPhone screen is small, I sometimes setup a second session on my PC to view the shared content bigger).
Microsoft, don't be foolish, don't be stubborn, fully support the most popular Bluetooth airphones even if they are from a competitor!!!!
I was able to listen through my Airpod Pro but the mic was not working. I had to change the call settings for the microphone to the computer's built-in mic.
Make sure it supports AirPods Pro!
Every day there are more and more people buying Airpods and more and more people using Teams.
When will this issue become a priority for Microsoft?
Now that a number of people are working from home and need to attend meetings on a company supported platform of O365. The airpods have been and will continue to be the number one go to bluetooth earbuds. Please fix the current issue and learn to work at a common solution. Just fix it please.
TOTALLY agree. I need to be on teams for work. Unfamiliar with Microsoft and PC's and have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out.. I have to click multiple times after I finally found a window that will ajust airpod volume, but it is tedious and doesn't stay at the desired level so I have to do the
multiple steps over and over. Please fix this so I can use the computer volume toggle to ajust volume of my airpods while in teams.
