Support for Airpods
I couldn't hear people talk nor could they hear me when I had my airpods connected to my device. Only happens with teams so I know the problem is not my airpods plus I have confirm with other coworkers who have the same thing happen.

Thank you for your feedback, the team is reviewing this ask. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

It's possible to adjust the Microsoft Teams volume; search "Sound mixer options" in Settings on WIndows 10, and this will allow you to change the Microsoft Teams volume to your liking.

Hi Microsoft Team,
I need to switch between different systems frequently - from desktop to phone and back. This absolutely annyoing issue with the *insanely high volume* on my phone (iPhone) when using MS Teams with AirPods is killing me. For work I do not have a choice, it is MS Teams. For all private and my several volunteering jobs (school council, etc.) we switched to other platforms, because I am not the only one with this issue.
There is really no excuse, you simply got to fix this!
Best regards,

I would be surprised if I didn't have hearing loss from the unadjustable volume. Really disappointed and hoping the ringing in my ears stops.

Can't control the volume when using my airpods. Please help.

My serious issue is, that Teams bypasses the iPhones volume control mechanisms for AirPods. Teams is way to loud! Ans no way to lower the volume!

it's possible to use airpods on teams just the first time after pairing and they works well. from that moment teams freezes and loosing the airpods as audio and microphone device, it's possible to connect a wired headset but it's not recognized. need to reboot laptop. It's very annoying.
hope airpods will be supported soon.
thanks -

Please provide compatibility. Pandemic life is complicated enough. I agree with this post. The volume is only ear-splitting. This makes me not want to use MS Teams, since I have several options to have online meetings.
Is there a timeline of when this will be addressed?

There will become a time when people will leave their homes again. But this time not everybody will comeback to the offices for work. Remote working has come to stay. People will work from parks, coffee shops, anywhere. If you don’t let Apple users to use their AirPods with Microsoft Teams, people will migrate to other collaboration tools compatible with the phones of their preference.

Seriously, are you aware you are segregating a large proportion on users here MS? Why on earth would you not resolve this issue understanding the need right now as millions are working from home and therefore need to communicate with their staff remotely.

Just piling on- with bluetooth headset connected to laptop, neither headet volume nor keyboard volume controls on Microsoft keyboars, not master volume on Windows can change the volume. I must click around and adjust on the advanced sound settings. When I disconnect, the setting changes disappear. Seriously ghetto.

This is sooo ridiculous. If I decide between Teams and Airpods by Teams!

I have no ability to lower the volume of a Teams call on my Airpods Pro? Really? This is insane and DANGEROUS. I think I have suffered damage to my hearing because of Microsoft Teams. Why even have a Teams app for iOS if you are not going to support its users' iOS connected devices? Shameful.

Please for the love of god make these compatible. We're not living in the 1800' Microsoft... This is 2021.
