Teams crashing about 40% of the time when in calls
Started doing this the last couple of weeks.Pretty erratic: sometimes it is when you share your camera or when you share both camera and screen. Hard to pinpoint what causes it exactly but straight up calls (without cams) seem to work fine.
If you are experiencing these crashes, we would like to investigate. Logs will help us do so.
If you’d like to send logs, please:
- type (windows key) + R
- type “(percent) appdata (percent) \ Microsoft \ Teams \ logs.txt” into the open box (without the spaces, parenthesis, and quotes)
- save the file
- send the log file that you saved to firstname.lastname@example.org

Is there a solution to this problem yet? I have the same one similar faulting module moduleRTWorkQ.DLL Is this something related to realtek?
Teams has froze on the startup screen on my ipad, I now am unable to do anything on my ipad besides turn it on and off. I can't leave the app nor can I close it. My ipad now refuses to hard reset or any equivalent of that. I need teams for my school work and I need my ipad for my schoolwork.

Teams works like a charm on my (HP) laptop. On my Surface Pro 7 (Core i5, 16GB) though, my battery is getting warmer than normal. And when I want to change my background or blur it in Teams, Teams crashes and restarts once. After that, it keeps crashing but doesn't restart automatically. It makes no difference if I have more applications open or just Teams.
This occurs since a week or so, just after a Microsoft update.
I sent the logfile already to the email address mentioned by Alex (post of Feb. 7th, 2018).

Teams has been lock8ng up my entire computer after trying to change the ringtone. I cannot run my computer wit( team up 8n the browser anymore. I guess I have to give up on teams?
we are having the same problem, when we share a screen them teams crashes and says glitch
For example, I can reliably crash Teams by answering an incoming call with the video button.
