Display keyboard shortcuts in hover states
I love using keyboard shortcuts to speed up my work. Please consider adding keyboard shortcuts to hover states to help learn what the keyboard shortcuts are.

Right now the app doesn't even nearly comply with Microsoft's own keyboard interactions and accessibility standards. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/design/input/keyboard-interactions
Time to up your game, team.

It would be really useful if the shortcut for the buttons on screen during a call is showed when the mouse pointer is hovered over the button.

Agreed! The [Control] + [Period] shortcut is nice... but most people will never bother to learn them if the shortcuts aren't more in their face.
The system that the rest of Office uses, displaying the tip while hovering over the icon, perfect for those who want to learn.
I second the idea that it would be nice to see keyboard shortcuts in context, like one does in VS Code for example.
It's much faster to learn shortcuts when you see them constantly beside the action they trigger instead of opening the shortcuts view, finding the correct action and then trying to memorize the shortcut while seeing dozens of other shortcuts at the same time.
If you feel they clutter the UI too much you could simply only show the shortcuts when a modifier key, say ALT is pressed.
ps. I'm using the Mac version.
