Bluetooth support in Android
BT does not work on Android.

Updating permissions did not resolve the issue. Teams connects to the BT headsets (have tried multiple) for a second and then it switches back to device audio after joining a call. The bt headsets work perfectly for all other apps on my Andriod phone.
This problem only started recently. Previously I was able to use a BT headset within Teams. Teams is pretty shotty as a communications platform.
Bluetooth not working on OnePlus 7T. My Jabra Elite Active 75t works for everything else, but not for Teams. This really need to be fixed!
My issue is somewhat different. It will work on Teams until someone tries to call me while I am on a Teams call. Then I get kicked back to the device audio and cannot get the Bluetooth to work without first going out of teams altogether. Same with WhatsApp if a phone call tries to come in while I am on a WhatsApp Call.
I tried John proposal (June 30th). I found the menu but I can't uncheck/check the option. Access seems enabled.
My headset works fine with normal call.
I'm also facing this strange behaviour with Whatsapp calls.
It may be a more global issue. Not related to MS Teams.
Updating permissions did not resolve the issue. My earpiece connects for a second and then it switches back to device audio. The earpiece works for all other uses on my Andriod phone.

I see lots of complaints from users but no response from MS. Disappointing.

My bluetooth headset stops working about 2 minutes into a meeting with MS Teams and it cuts back to phone audio. I can turn off the headset, turn it back on, my phone re-synchs to bluetooth and start that process all over again 2 minutes later. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and it sounds a lot like other issues in this thread. I see this started back in Dec. 2019, but I just recently installed MS Teams for work. Is there a work around or a fix yet?
On Android go to:
Apps & Notifications
(Click the three dots in the upper right of screen)
(Scroll down to)
pair with Blutooth device
access Bluetooth settings.
When you go back into Teams, your Bluetooth device should become an option in device list in the options bar.

teams app - incoming calls aoh: When sitting in my car I cannot pick up the call with my car system. I can cancel it (red colored phone) but not pick up (green colored phone not visible/working) This is absolutely a requirement otherwise we cannot use Teams for calls. It is simply not legal and dangerous ! A pity as during office hours in the office Teams works fine. Another feature in this respect is that we cannot forward incoming calls to a mobile phone number. This would solve a lot of issues for us, in the car and every day when we have a different person on night duty.
Galaxy S7 and Bose QCII doesn't work. But works perfectly with skype

I had this issue for a few minutes. Looked here and couldn't find the answer.
Then, it hit me...what Permissions does the app use?
Go into Settings -> Apps & Notifications
Make sure "Phone" is Allowed, with everything else.
This fixed it, for me.

Found the workaround: just in case some of you ks using Android 10, just change the AVRCP version to 1.3 and it will fix the dropping issue completely.

Yesterday (March 5 2020) i did a test with 2 differents earplug. Jabra Evolve 65e, 65t. I tested on iPhone like the video show. On the iPhone with Microsoft Teams all was working perfectly. But on Android, you can't answer any call with the button. So i don't think that it the OS the problem but more the version of the app on Android. Microsoft need to update the app with the feature add.
Version i have is: 1416/220.127.116.110022503 Feb. 25 2020
