Enable editing of Wiki pages in the Teams Mobile App
Currently Wiki pages are read only in the Mobile App. Please make them read/write so we can make a quick change to a Wiki page while on the go. Thanks :-)
The feature team is hard at work on this feature. We will share more news as we get closer to release.
As many more professionals are using Teams Mobile App, being able to edit Wiki pages and upload Files is a necessity, not a luxury. Can this be expedited somehow, as this thread is now a year old?
The issue is, that you don't have a chance to edit wikis on an iOS device, because browsers on iOS do not work as well :-(
@Warren any update on the review? It is a critical required feature. Thanks

Any updates or status on this critically needed feature?
Business critical feature. Please add this ability to edit on the fly ASAP. Thanks

It’s been around a year since this was added to the backlog. Any news on progress? There is really no easy way to edit Wiki content from a tablet, because even the browser version has been locked down (even when forcing it to request the page in desktop mode Teams refuses to serve the page).

I started a wiki page on my computer in hopes that I would be able to at least update it from the app. Does not allow. Need this to help update on the fly
I am not able to open a wiki page directly from mobile.
Steps to reproduce: From the Teams client (web/desktop), copy the WIKI section from the Tab and send it through as an email. After doing this, open this from the mobile client and it doesn’t work in Teams.
Teams Deeplinking (same as WIKI Get-Link) is not yet supported on the mobile clients. This is a feature type that Engineering is has as a proposed backlog item, but not yet available in the client today.
Having this feature will help me to sale this app to my management.
Echo the other comments- definitely need to be able to update and add to wiki on the mobile. Critical feature

The Microsoft Teams solution is in no way competitive with other collaboration platforms until your mobile version allows you to fully managed and edit a team’s work, files, wiki, members. Full Stop. Can’t use it in a virtual team world. Built for cube land.
Not editable on any device makes it useless... looking for something that works.

I agree... important wikis need to be editable so people can edit content on the fly... also wiki left bar needs to be pinned down as it’s not intuitive..and actually behave as wikis with cross links etc
The wiki is a great feature, but needs to be usable on mobile devices. Why can’t we edit?!!!

Agreed. This feature is essential, particularly in organizations where they have locked down file sharing.
