How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Allow sending audio and video message

Allow users to send Audio and Video message just like WhatsApp and other messages tools.

Great news! We just started working on this for the AUDIO portion. We are still trying to determine feasibility for the video portion of your request.

    I was told by IT that this would require an upgrade for us to activate it - but I checked it today and it worked! I'd love to have the capability on desktop. I really wish we could do Video Messages like in Skype as well - and it'd be even more useful if the recordings came with a transcript - since I can't always listen to the audio of a message.

    EDIT: Oddly, when I edited this and hit save, it listed the post twice. I re-edited, removing the duplicate text, and saved again - it was still duplicated. I guess I found a UserVoice bug... now to find the UserVoice UserVoice and provide feedback on my feedback, Yo Dawg!

    Love this feature on the phone. Definitely wish that it was available on desktop. One thing that would also be helpful is if in settings a user can toggle push to talk so they dont have to have their finger on the record button the whole time. Our team uses a lot of voice recordings on the road, so this would be good for us to have.

    audio playing only its heard on Speaker, we need te possibility to hear them on ear, confidenciality?...

    Today I updated Teams mobile app and this feature is added. However the receiver cannot play the message, even though his app version is newer than mine.
    Moreover, when me or receiver switches to rich client and try to replay voice message, it displays "unable to play audio message" error.

    audio message is so coooool function.
    but we need some option what allow/ block user audio message.
    we would not be search something in teams, and found old message.(Audio message unable to search )

    How can someone became a beta tester? I hear that f1 users already had the feature, when is going to be available to enterprise users?

    I see this is available for FirstLine (F1) Subscribers now. Any eta on when it will be available for Business Essentials license users?

    What's app is not GDPR compliant, and this is the main remaining feature keeping us from switching.
