Teams does not allow me setup a recurring meeting that happens 3 times a week
I have a meeting that occurs Mon Wed Fri every week, I found I couldn't setup a meeting schedule like this as I did in outlook. Instead, I have to setup 3 different meetings, can you please improve that? Thanks
I have meetings according to specific days of each month - finance closing calendar that I would like to set up for the entire year; so some months is on monday, tuesday,...We need also to skip day offs
Hey all, I figured out a way to do this on Teams. It's not really intuitive at first, but after clicking "repeat," click on "weekly," and then the option to select individual days pops up. I wish i knew this earlier, but this does actually work.
I hope this helps everyone! Please share this because I had no idea originally.
Let me just say this. Microsoft is by far the worst software provider for meeting user demands. This here is a basic requirement, not pie-in-the-sky, This request was THREE YEARS AGO!! And Microsoft still hasn't done anything.
If Microsoft wants people to use their products they need to meet their demands. If they can't meet demands, then stop trying to pigeonhole us into using your products!
Is Microsoft so bloated that it cannot make simple decisions on software? Or is it that they they have so integrated their products that they can't make any enhancements without breaking 100 other things? Or is it that those in control of software are so full of themselves they can't imagine people in the real world actually NEED functionality?
This is freaking ridiculous.
I need to also set recurring for 1st and 3rd week of a month which I can not do easily in Outlook or Teams
NECESSARY function and it is already in Outlook so...
Adam, those days do not show up for me when I select Custom. Any idea why not?

This can now be done by selecting 'Custom' then 'Repeat every [week]'. Select the days you'd like the meeting to recur on then click 'Save'
I also have a need for M/W/F recurring meeting series for my team. Is this going to be added to the functionality?

Also cannot schedule a meeting that happens every 2 weeks (e.g. Sprint Reviews) or every three months (e.g. Quarterly PI Planning).
There are two options to work around this:
1 - go back to the old school way of inviting from Outlook. This will set the meeting organiser as you instead of the Team. This means that no other Team Owner can amend and you need to manually select the invitees. Or...
2 - set up multiple invites within teams. e.g. for every 2 week recurrence, set one up to recur on, say the first Wednesday of the month, and the other to recur on the third Wednesday of the month. This works until you have 5 Wednesdays in the month...
Our team has a recurring meeting that happens every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and I do not have the option of scheduling these ever week without having to schedule 3 separate weekly meetings. Please help improve that. Thanks

+1! Our team has a recurring stand up meeting that happens every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I cannot create such a recurring meeting today.
