HTML email messages sent through email integration not displaying properly
We receive emails from are help-desk ticketing platform without issue, however the formatting of the message makes it impossible to read. It is not displaying the HTML format correctly.
I concur... we currently use Slack to display messages from the monitoring system and it honours colour requests / font size requests. Teams strips all of that from incoming emails so there is no visual cue in Teams to determine if the message is critical or not (huge red letters... amber letters or nice green text) nor icons to readily identify the source of the messages
