Allow microphone gain to be set by user
During quiet times the app auto gains the call and this cannot be overridden. Under the old desktop Skype you could set the microphone gain to the desired level and turn off AGC. This option should be available
One more evidence of MS releasing half-baked software, or having a design review team of 1 person.
It would be better to have NO AGC, than not be able to turn it off.
I've got a great mic that needs a low gain setting, but Teams just maxes it out to 100% so it picks up ants walking across my desk and makes me sound both loud and like an ASMR youtuber at the same time. (This is on macos Catalina.)
Please fix the issue. Microphone keep changing back to 100% which causes a lot of relay. It need to be fixed ASAP.

This really should come back to teams its a no brainer, there isn't any benefit to removing the ability to limit AGC; its only ever inconvenient for users. At least there should be a document detailing the registry location for the setting

Is there a way to fix this in Teams?
Whenever there is a lull in the conversation the microphone gain increases massively.
I'd go for the regedit options but the paths appear different in teams.
This is MUST be fixed ASAP. My coworkers think I'm yelling when I'm just talking.

We have open plan for our physical team rooms and in each we have a TV running Teams and a USB mic. The mics pick up everything and can be really loud for remote users. Would like to be able to adjust its sensitivity and level.
