Copying text - hovering menu hides the end of the text
When copying text from a message, the ending of the message is hidden by the "More Options" hover.
The redesigned and expanded message actions have rolled out to all users. If you are still not seeing this, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Still not working. Selection disappears if you try to select more than one line, or sometimes even when it's just one line. Tried on both desktop app and browser versions. Would be nice to include the user name and time stamp on c/p as well, or at least have it as a configurable option?

Currently running version 1.0.00.7405 (32-bit). The selection is cleared after less than a second. Sometimes works if I hold the mouse button during pressing Ctrl+C.
A username is not copied for the first message.
Works if I hold the mouse button during copy of the messages (Ctrl+C).
If I release the button the selection is cleared after less than a second.
When I select several messagges, the selection clears in a few seconds
Currently running version 1.0.00.6903 and still encountering this. When you try to highlight multiple blocks of text within a channel it highlights it like its going to work then just cancels the highlight.
Any update on this would be appreciated.
Can confirm same behavior as James, Version 1.0.00.6701 (64-bit) (got an update as well and restarted client).
Side note, a workaround is to press CTRL+C before releasing the mouse button even then it's difficult to select the correct text though.

Has this fix been deployed? If so, it seems like it is still a problem. I clicked "check for updates" and it updated, I quit and re-launched teams and tried to select the text across several consecutive messages and as soon as I let up on the mouse button the selected text range snapped to just the first message, un-selecting the text in the other messages. So as of right now, I still cannot select and copy text from multiple messages in a chat.
It would also be good to be able to copy-paste a full conversation with ONLY the conversation text -- no timestamps. We often send code to each other and copy-paste just doesn't work.
Currently it's not possible to easily select and copy multiple blocks of text/replies from the conversation window, regardless of whether in the desktop or the web client. Attempting to select multiple blocks instead selects a single "reply". If possible, it would also be nice if the selected text were copied into the clipboard "pretty-printed" with nice formatting (includes user, date/time, etc).
