Ability for meeting participants to draw on shared screen
Participants in a a meeting with a shared screen should have the ability to draw (with their mouse or touch pen) on the shared screen. E.g. if a PowerPoint is being presented, participants would have their designated color to draw with (to distinguish who is drawing) and a mouse pointer in the same color. The could then point and draw for the other participants in the meeting to see. This would be similar to a whiteboard, only it would be for drawing on top of a shared screen.
Thanks for providing the feedback. This feature is in our backlog. We’ll update when we have more details to share.
terrible not to have
How is the Status and implementation Plan of this Function?

Please! Its so frustrating when trying to help someone via screenshare to have to coax them to move the mouse a little lower, lower, to the right.... no the other right... up a bit, yeah there, now click!

We use annotations extensively in Skype for Business today for interactive training sessions. This missing feature will significantly impact our training in the future.

Excellent to have..especially now...

That would be super-awesome to have. I find myself phantom-drawing during screen share sessions and it is just not there...

I have always been waiting for this feature!!!
We are trying to remove Gotomeeting from our environment and this is one feature that is used quite often by our project teams. The sooner this is released the better. Thanks

Can you please put this request on the frontline.
We need this now!! to be effective in meetings.
This is very important feature for design teams.
Many other meeting/colaboration platforms have this feature incorporated.

You know, like zoom!

As we are trying to engage learners, this feature would be beneficial to make it so that students could participate in lessons and activities. Otherwise, their participation is just for one-way communication.
seems to be a wanted feature any feedback ?
Where are we on this critical functionality?
Would be extremely welcomed!
Just take a look at the functionality in GoTo Meeting and put that in teams please
