Default video settings
The automatic settings for video are not great on my LifeCam HD-3000. The Microsoft Camera app (Win 10) does a much better job at selecting appropriate settings. For example, in low light the Camera app appears to compensate, but in Teams I am barely visible. The feed appears to be higher quality in Camera too (but that might be a bandwidth thing).
If you're not going to provide detailed settings, you need to pick a better set of defaults.

The image processing is the worst I have ever seen. Teams cannot handle poor lighting conditions at all. We tested on the same hardware and connection as Cisco Webex and even forced webex down on a similar bitrate, but still the quality was so much better. They use a great processing of the image and deliver an evenly lit scene with good detail and no noise. With Teams there is flickering all over and so much noise and everything is just a mess :-(

Skype for Business is blocked by my organization, so making adjustments there is not an option. We need better controls for camera settings IN TEAMS.

UDPATE: Adjusting the settings in Skype for Business seems to affect the Team app as well. Based on this information, the Teams app really needs to provide access to the same set of settings that the S4B app does, cause the auto settings aren't always great for the conditions.
