Allows user to customize the color schema
In the dark theme, some text still not readable after your efforts. Please consider to let us to setup my own color scheme (such as color of plain text, color of link, color of shadow).
Most of O365 apps (Outlook, etc.) provide colorful schemas to choose from, although even then O365 doesn't give users the option of selecting their own color scheme. Most companies have company color schemes that go with their branding. Ours happens to be red and gold or copper. It would be good if we could at least select the color red for the basic background of Teams (and Planner) instead of the dark navy blue. Note that Planner picks up the Office 365 color theme set by the user. This is better than the set blue for Teams. Why is O365 so uncoordinated? At the very least all the O365 apps should display the same scheme selected for O365, and even better would be that users could select one of the MS O365 schemes OR set their own colors, and that would propagate throughout all the apps we use in O365 uniformly.
Please let us change these colors, the dark theme is way to dark, it hurts my eyes, the light team is really boring and I won't even mention the thirth theme because it is **** ugly. Thanks!!
There are 6 or 7 different ideas about these color theme's. The colors currently available simply hurt my eyes, please combine all these ideas about color and do Something about it.

The choices for Teams color themes are terrible. You can have a nearly black boarder, and all black window or and all black window with yellow highlights. Did the person who came up with these choices live under ground. It makes it difficult to use the desk top application in well lit areas.
