Global Setting for Enable "Teams" to Start Minimized
Provide the ability to start the Teams application in the background and minimized on a global scale, not only per each user's setting.

Make this setting available on the Mac version. The hide flag in MacOS settings under users login items seems to have no impact.
When you are deploying to over 2000 machines and not everyone will have access straight away, there should be a application switch to make the program run in the background or run when triggered. Instead I will have to look a removing a registry section to stop it.
Currently, this is only an option for each individual user to set on their own. We need the ability to set Teams to at least default to auto-launching itself in the background. It's either that, or agree with the users that it's another Microsoft nuisance. I haven't found anyone in the company that actually wants it to load in their face when they log in.
should be able to script/code/gpo teams to behave as desired in an enterprise environment. Should be a productivity "accessory" instead of an in your face nuisance.
Users already waiting for systems to fully boot should not be expected to clear certain windows from their workspace before being able to get to work.
Open in background doesn't seem to make a difference. The Teams window still appears when the app is launched. Even changing the window open behavior on the properties of the shortcut to 'minimized' does not work.
That's already available at this moment. Open your settings by clicking on your profile picture(top right), click settings and then tick the option "Open application in background".
