View the groups email in Teams
Teams is the new hub, the place to work for the team. When you create a new team, o365 creates a mailbox for the team, yet the team can not access the mails sent to the mailbox through teams. This would be a useful feature.
I agree. This needs to be addressed to eliminate user confusion. The average user shouldn't have to know that Teams is built on top of Groups and that if they want to e-mail the team or see e-mails sent to the team they have to go to Outlook and find the group. Even as a technical user, I find this clumsy and am embarrassed to have to explain it to users. "But I thought you said everything was consolidated into this one app..."
