Add a Print feature to the PDF file viewer
Currently when you click on a PDF within teams it displays it in teams' built-in PDF viewer - but there is no option to print from here.
To print you either have to download the file and open it in an external PDF viewer application or click 'open online' and print it from your browser. (or open the sharepoint in file explorer...)
It would be great if a 'Print' button could instead be added to the PDF file viewer taskbar (see attached artists' rendition). Printing a PDF is a staple everyday task performed by countless people around the world.

How does Sharepoint have the ability to print a pdf directly, but not teams? Please integrate a pdf print button in Teams directly.

The lack of a Print option is odd and disruptive. Please fix.

Yes, we need this option in the legal system! A judge's workflow is built around .pdf documents and there is a definite need to print final copies. This is a huge barrier for chambers trying to adopt and use Teams. - spend the money!

Yes please add a print feature for PDFs or any document opened in Teams.

We absolutely need the feature to open PDFs in our PDF editor app directly from the Teams client. What are you doing enforcing your own (featureless) viewer app.
As we currently publish all our documents in PDF format move to Teams filing has halted. -

Teams should provide the ability to print any document that is opened within it.

Every viewer has this, even my browser. Painful!

Excellent idea !!! My Department Chair just sent my Annual Academic Report and I could not find a way to open within Teams. Such a small thing, such huge headaches !!

I totally agree: This is basic functionality and must be fixed

Microsoft, why did you build a viewer into the app without adding the simple ability to print? I discourage people from printing, but there's no reason to add such hurdles for content we've deliberately published for ad-hoc printing.

This is an absolute must have - a very high priority for us. Users are not adopting Teams due to such simple limitations.

Simple feature that saves a boat load of time.
Who would have guess a print feature would be needed in a document viewer??
