Acrobat
Need a better ability to open PDF files directly in adobe acrobat to edit, zoom, and pan effectively, or better PDF markup tools internal to Teams. The current viewing, scrolling, zooming, and editing tools are too limited, particularly when it comes to commenting or editing PDF versions of figures or drawings.

Adobe Sign works within Teams, why not Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

This is critical functionality and it is kind of amazing that it isn't provided

Having the ability to edit and comment on PDF files in Teams would be very helpful for those of us trying to collaborate remotely. Thanks!

Teachers need the ability to grade and comment pdf-files directly in the assignments. We should be able to use our digital pencils for direct Feedback. It would also be great to give Feedback via Audio-Feedback, directly integrated in the Feedback windows of the assignments.

My users have to download the document and edit it outside Team, when many users edit the PDF at the same time created confusions.

Please at the very least allow pdf fill in forms to be edited within Microsoft Teams.

It is also ridiculus that the browser used has a completly different UI for zooming a PDF document. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Reader DC among many others zoom a document with STRG-MouseWheel. Trying the same thing in the Teams browser and most other web browser result in a flickery attempt of zooming, but will immediatley reset to the prevouis scale. Instead someone has to use + and - buttons.

We share a lot of PDF documents and it is impossible to manage them in Teams because of all the different versions that get created!
Please allow for editing a single PDF within teams.

Would be a great feature especially for young pupils in primary school! Now they have to download the documents and upload them after editing. Only with Word documents they can edit their own copy online in Teams.

Documents need to be enabled to conduct on the fly editing and be as responsive as they would be anywhere else. The ability to edit information in fields in a fillable pdf would be greatly beneficial to my organization and team.

Adboe in forms format aren't preserved in Teams, either. The forms feature is altogether lost.
The Adobe sign was a nice little addon but falls completely short of what Adobe can do. A lot of our assignments are in doc or docx and would traditionaly print them off and hand them out for students to complete (ie. answer questions in approrpiate places, fill in the blanks, etc.) Adobe allows us to make conversions easily so that we can conitnue to have these forms. Btu in Teams, those fillable spaces are lost. Doing it manually in Word takes forever. I've also tried modivying things in Excel with locked/unlocked cells etc. but it looks so messy. -

Yes, we use many fillable PDFs and would like to move away from sharepoint and use teams exclusively. We will need either 1. Admin ability to default .pdf in teams to open in Reader or 2. ability to have full functionality inside teams. We also have "submit" buttons that the completed form will then perform the mailto: function and pull the document into outlook. And that sends it to our ticketing system.
