Guest users should be able to open notebooks
When guest users try to access notebooks they receive error messages.
This should be fixed.

Use Case: Teams is used as a collaboration space at our university internally, but also with external partners and stakeholders. OneNote is integrated automatically with Teams and many use this to organize meeting agendas, notes, as well as asynchronous spaces for collaboration/feedback, and sharing - this limits the functionality of Teams significantly when the OneNote integration is not available to our guest partners/stakeholders. Please consider updating this component of Teams so guest users can access the OneNote integrated notebook.

This happens to guest team members (i.e. external users) in an enterprise environment as well. We have created a team for a specific project in order to interact with consultants, and can't get them (as users outside our domain) to access the shared notebook in a Teams channel. In fact, in the desktop OneNote app you can set sharing permissions for team owners and for team members, but not for guests.

Teachers should be able to invite outside users to the notebook--- even if they just had the ability to "look" at the Notebook would be good

It is very important for guest teachers and guest students to be able to participate in the whole learning experience ;-)
